Lee's has served Central and Northern California for over 40 years, primarily Fresno and Sacramento, with additional locations in Las Vegas, Peoria, and Dallas. We've grown a lot since 1981, but the commitment hasn't changed: honest work from real service experts. Our people are our solution.
Led by People Who've Done the Work
Damon Bromagem stepped into the role of CEO in December 2024. Before that, he served as Lee's General Manager, and prior to joining Lee's he held VP roles at Chas Roberts Air Conditioning and Parker and Sons, 20 years total in field service operations. That background shapes how Lee's runs: from the field up, not the other way around.

At Lee's Air, we're big because we think big. Helping people in California enjoy safe, comfortable homes and businesses is what we were built on, giving us a solid foundation to grow on. Our culture at Lee's is based on the investment we make in our people. We're fully committed to training and development so our staff can handle all kinds of curveballs and give the best possible service. Our staff is proud to be a part of Lee's Air, although we continually look for new talent, most of our team has been with us for many years.

Community Comes First
Lee's believes in community. That's why we've partnered with charities across the Central Valley to help raise money for causes that inspire us. Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating donates a percentage of proceeds from services we complete to organizations doing real work on the ground, including:
- Golden State Family Services, foster family and adoption support for children in Central California
- Valley Animal Center, low-cost clinic and adoption resources uniting dogs and cats with loving homes
- Make-A-Wish, granting life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses
- Boys & Girls Club of Fresno County, safe, supportive spaces for local youth
